The Time spent without Tim had left the house quiet and almost eerie. Liv went back to cleaning everything in sight all the time, While Ruby almost kept to herself, starting to mimic not only her mothers silence, but her mothers cleaning habits as well. The little girl had only spoken when Olivia finally spoke to her. Ruby had found this transition hard from having tons of people around, entertaining her, to only having one come in for a bit, and leave, and of course her quiet mother. But when the new voice entered the house at the back door, Ruby stood from her spot in the living room, and bolted to the door. “TEEM!” she shouted, giggling and jumping all over him, tugging on his clothes, and wanting to be picked up. “Up! Up!” She had on a light colored pair of sweats, with a pink shirt.

Olivia however, was almost shocked by his arrival. She had been hiding in the bathroom, with a small piece of plastic in her hand, staring at it for a lost amount of time. She stood, startled, tossing the plastic in the garbage, and washing her hands, she dried quickly, adjusted her makeup, and came out, and down the hall, She didn’t have the most impressive outfit on. A pair of dark denim jeans hugged her hips, the a white tee shirt, that hung off her shoulders, and a black headband. With a navy blue flower on it. “Hey!!” she smiled, trying to hide her fear with a smile. She came over, giving him a tight hug, and a kiss on the jaw. “I missed you tons! Come sit down, are you hungry? I was about deciding what to make for dinner. Its your choice now, I’ll make anything you want”

“Listen” she said, looking at him her eyes narrowed. “I want to cook for you. You’ve been gone, and Ruby and I have missed you. Nothing says ‘Welcome Home’ like a home cooked meal. Takeout says ‘Moving in-slash-out’ The blond kept her pout as she leaned towards the kitchen. She wanted to make him feel as though he just walked right back into the little ‘family-esque’ picture he left behind on his business trip. Tilting her head to the left, her softened puppy dog eyes and little pout had replaced her once softened angry look. She went to the kitchen, and started boiling a pot of water for linguine with clam sauce. Liv was a good cook, and had pre-prepared some of the clam sauce. Ruby hugged Tim tightly, watching his movements.

Olivia panicked in the kitchen. She didn’t want to tell him. This couldn’t be happening. The blond finger combed her hair, pouting as she scampered about the kitchen, pulling out things that are needed to make the dinner, her hands shaking slightly as she panic strickenly attempted to make the food. Holy crap she thought, Hes not going to want any part of this, hes going to leave me, and never come back here again, only sending Will and Vi, who will look down on me. Not fair world, not fair. The blond leaned on the counter, then went to the fridge for water. She had to calm down.
