This is the base for the Neverlanders. Outwardly, it is a meticulously kept Civil War era mansion, which somehow managed to survive the Battle of Tampa. The grounds are limited, due to the encroachment of the city, but they are of decent size. However, the Neverlanders have adapted this old house for the modern age, with all of the technology that a superhero force needs. The underground levels are used for training and meeting rooms.

The main city of the Tampa Bay area, this metropolis sits on the Gulf of Mexico in western Florida. Although largely lawless in its earlier years, Tampa has gotten under police control in recent years, and the local heroes help to keep the trouble-makers in check. Tampa is home-base to the Neverlanders.
