This school for young supervillains is run by a man known as Brother Blood, although it is confirmed that Brother Blood was frozen with the other villains in Paris. However, as many supervillains who had been frozen have been resurfacing, the whereabouts of Brother Blood are unknown. Still, many young villains still come here to train and to become better at what they do.
