It was supposed to be easier now.
The Brotherhood was frozen, the H.I.V.E. was all locked up or on ice with the Brotherhood of Evil, and the worst guy still loose in Jump was Doctor Light, and he didn’t last long enough to count against the total combined might of the Teen Titans.
But Robin, ever vigilant, knew that there were still two major threats out there, two threats that had been out of sight and out of mind for the world for far too long, the two mightiest threats to both earth and the Titans, the two darkest foes they knew, two former partners once aligned to destroy them, now at odds with each other and the Titans, by name, and by sheer unmoving hatred.

Robin has sent his team to the furthest reaches of the globe to find recruits, but he has met with limited success and is desperate for recruits. Three have been found, and despite their complicated pasts, they are willing to fight for the innocent. However, as time goes on, the Titans begin to realize that these recruits play a bigger role in Slade's plans than they had thought...

Latest developments:
An as of yet unidentified party has begun a massive campaign to grab the Gifted community off of the street and send them to underground laboratories for experimentation. Through an unexpected twist of politics, they have managed to get a law passed which allows them to do it legally, and even to abduct Titans who the labs deem a threat. Following the recovery of the first Titan to be abducted, the Titans are preparing to find out who is behind all of it, as well as trying to find a way to repeal the law and get the abducted citizens back.
