"Why am I here?" Those dark tossed out words, came out of Rachel's mouth. She was ready to find her friends, for she missed them. Nothing seemed to be the same without them, nothing at all. It was a boring draggy day, and the sky was dark things were silent like normal. "Hmph. Maybe I'm not meant, to be on the team anymore." Raven sighed her voice gloomy, as ever heart full of sadness. The days had gone by slowly, and she hadn't been laughing anymore. Al though that was normal, Rachel did remember when she giggled.
"Those days... are over I guess."
Shaking her head she kept on walking, her long dark purple cape catching dirt from the ground. "Nothing... No-one. I'm alone again." Letting out a small half smile, she continued her walk sirens wailing in her ears. So far Raven hadn't fought, many people for the streets had been wiped clean. It was natural, for most seemed to fear the Teen Titans. "Hmph." Rachel let out those last words, as she kept on walking. Buildings were in her wake, and sirens still wailed around the area. So far no-one had shown up, but she quickly stopped for a second. Turning around Rachel had her hood up, her hand glowing a black color. "Who's there?!" Her voice was stern, as she was ready for anything.
Back-flipping from up on a roof top to street level, Robin tucked and rolled as he had been trained, and had learned how to to bleed off momentum and ease the landing a bit, his armored boots tapping along the side walk with soft barely there clicks as he rounded a corner and hurdled a parked car, and had to juke to the side to avoid running over Raven...
"Raven! Trouble! Let's go!" he called to her as he shifted himself and ran on towards a store front, the front door smashed up, glass everywhere reflecting the street lights that had come on just minuets ago to combat the growing darkness, the sun dipping below the horizon even now.
He was glad his friend was back at last, and even more so when he at last saw her out and about, rather than simply not there, either locked up in her room, or off someplace on the Island away from her friends (well him and Starfire being the only two currently there, everyone else was either new or away) and hidden from the world, it worried him some, but Bit knew that Raven was Raven, her own person with her own needs, and that was fine...
"Robin!" Flying forward she hurried to his side, seeing the glass on the cold ground. The sun was leaving, and air was smelly like sweat, most people weren't around. However Raven realized she that her good friend was around once more. Her mind had gone off into the finding new members, and wondered. It was something that she, just couldn't even fathom while walking around. Hiding her face under her hood, she thought for a second. Looking back up it had gone away, as she looked at her fellow ally. "Hmph, at least I know something hasn't changed." Showing some no emotion in her eyes showed a spark of anger, as she levitated into the store. "Its getting dark. Maybe we should." Raven's voice trailed off as her hands began to glow, and her eyes turned a white color.
The girl of dark magic was finally ready to fight, however she still didn't know about her alliance. However she did like fighting, along side Robin once more. It brought back good, and even bad memories. The time her father almost destroyed the world, and even her trials with Slade. It was a rough time, and she only knew that it would get worse. Now she was wondering, about the new evil. Brotherhood and many other organizations, that didn't need to show up. Dropping to the ground, she looked about seeing no danger. However it was always, around the corner waiting. Raven was ready for anything, and she knew that so was Robin.
Looking about Robin squinted some then pointed into the store; "Yeah... we need to look for clues, why would someone rob a hardware store?"
Sure there where tools and rope and chains and other things people could find useful, but, still, where the robbers after the cash? It seemed simple robbery was fast becoming a popular crime in Jump, and Robin was growing worried about it, so he felt that finding why there was so much robbery, would be a good idea.
"Raven, can you sense anyone here?" Robin asked as he looked around on the ground for footprints or dropped items that might be useful...
