Name: Dallas Baltimore
Alias: Lady Frost
Species: mutant
Age: 15
Gender: female
Team Affiliation:
Member Group: Anti-Hero
Canon: No.
Appearance: Dallas stands 5 ft 2 in tall. She has long black hair that goes down to her shoulders. She has almond shaped puppy brown eyes and a sweet face. She has latte colored skin. She has her nose pierced and a Marilyn Monroe. She can usually be found in jeans and a tshirt with her hair pulled back.
When she uses her powers however her body actually crystallizes and she takes on the appearance of a walking, talking icicle. So she looks ice blue and almost translucent.
Personality: Dallas can be sweet when she wants to be, but years of living on the streets has jaded her and turned her into a criminal. She is highly intelligent when she is given something that tests her as she was a gifted student on the advance track before she had to flee from home. She is hot tempered and very prone to provocation.
She can be very impulsive doing things before she has really thought them through. She always acts before she thinks and more of the time she is right. She is blunt and to the point and sometimes she rubs people the wrong way, but thats how she is and you can like it or not.

History: Dallas was born in Dallas, Texas. Her mother died in childbirth so she was raised by her father. Her father was a biochemist for a special section on the FBI called Sector 7. Dallas seemed to be a normal girl but when she was 9 years old her mutant powers manifested when she froze a car that was about to mow down her beloved dog. Her father, fearing what they would do to his child gave her all the money he could and told her to run. He faked her death and she ran.
She found herself in Maryland and thats where she met her best friend Shane. Shane taught her how to survive on the streets, and how to control her powers. Shane taught her how to steal as well, and they made a pretty good team. Till they stole a car from the Barksdale Crew. Some of the boys caught up with them and Shane was shot and killed. Dallas barely escaped, but she took on the last name of Baltimore to remember her friend. She ended up in New York.
Roleplay Example: She had to move again. She had been exposed again. Would she ever learn to keep her temper in check? She was racing through the backstreet trying to make it back to the abandoned building she was living in. She had to grab her things, and the sirens were getting closer. She ducked behind a cardboard box to catch her breath. The cop cars whizzed by not knowing she was crouching in a puddle of god knows what hiding from them.
She checked to make sure they were good and gone before she left her hiding place and headed home. She had to hurry. She had just robbed a bank and she had to get out of town before they posted her picture at the bus depots.
for once it was quiet in that part of town. It felt like she was the only person moving about, granted it was the middle of the day. Dallas made her way into the building stepping over the rubble and the trash with her backpack strapped tightly around her.
Her room was at the top of the stairs and she made quick work of them. She removed the padlock and walked into her sparse room. She only had a few things she wanted to take with her. The picture of her father and her dog. Cupcake, a pompom. Cupcake was happy to see her. "come on girl," she cooed opening up her dog carrier for Cupcake to hop into which she did. She grabbed her picture and the few clothes she did own. She was wearing the only pair of shoes she had on her feet, but with the money in her backpack she was going to buy more.
Armed with her dog, her belongings as the stolen money, she was on her way to the bus station to catch the next bus going to New York.
