Appearance: Prometheus stands around 5'11". He has ruby colored eyes, which show a combination of madness and hatred. Prometheus' hair is jet black, and cut into ponytail that reaches down a bit past his neck. Prometheus is usually wearing black pants with a flame pattern on the cuffs that reaches up to his knees, white shoes, an orange shirt with ripped off sleeves, and a white tattered cloak. As an accessory of sorts he also has manacles on his wrists, with rusted chains hanging from them. Prometheus usually has a rather berserk, evil, grin on his face.
Personality: Prometheus despises humanity. He finds everyone to be an imperfect being, while he, and those who he finds are "gifted" are perfect, and are the only beings that deserve to live. Besides this, he also does his evil tasks basically for the fun of it. Prometheus is very untrustworthy, as if he finds you to not be "gifted" he shall no longer be an ally, no matter which side, good or evil, you are on. Prometheus causes destruction wherever and whenever possible, barely planning between attacks. Prometheus will do anything to make the world perfect by his vision.

History: Not even Aelous himself is sure of his own origins. All he ever has remembered is being on his own, and being scorned by humanity for no reason he could tell, though he did give off somewhat of a presence of misfortune. He first lashed out when he was 10, discovering his firepower due to going into a rage, and burning a small town. From this point forward, because of his apparent power over people, Aelous gained his goal, and became Prometheus because of his supposed gift to man. Prometheus eventually found that his name was more appropriate than he thought when he discovered his ability to see ever so slightly into the future when he 12. From here on, Prometheus became responsible for numerous unexplained fires.
Prometheus is now in Jump. He has caused two fires in the city which were deemed accidents, despite the odd fact that no animals were harmed. Prometheus, in this knew place where he expects to find the "gifted". He intends to draw them out by causing havoc. Prometheus now finds that he has himself a rival. This rival, or at least he think so, is Slade, the one man that seems to be able to do more damage than Prometheus ever could.
Roleplay Example: The smell of smoke and screams filled the air as an apartment building was engulfed in black flames. The screams of people on the inside could be heard, as well as a mad laugh. All the pets in the building were safely outside, though making quite the racket. A lone figure in a white cloak stood atop the burning building. This was the one producing the laugh, Prometheus. No one would probably see him through the thick flames.
Another odd thing could be scene about the fire. It didn't spread beyond the building, sure from room to room in the building, but only in that building. The only sign that anything would be wrong was if a passerby saw, which was unlikely, as this was a remote part of town. To make sure that his plan for the building came to fruition, Prometheus had made sure to damage the phone lines leading from the building. The laughter finally dies down from Prometheus as he called out, "Die! Burn! Bid farewell to your lives pathetic fools!" After this, the luaghter rang out once again.
