Appearance: Upper Body- Valo is a Very in shape Person just like alot of the Mutants on his level of Training. Valo isnt a very built muscular person but is Cut in every detail in his body sence he spends most of his times doing push ups and lifting weights everyday before leaving his place. Valo's Chest are Semi large and is very Hard because of the fact that he has not body fat in his chest and is only soft when he is Relax, in the middle section of his Body Akechii has a Solid Cut four pack, which is very unsual to obtain especially if you work out everyday. He keep it nice and in shape so that he doesnt have to flex his muscle for them to become visible to the Eye.

Arms- Valo's Arms arent very large like most people for his age because he avoids eating alot of food so he wont obtain any kind of body fat, although that is good for building bigger muscle, he like to keep it at a regular size but at the same time very nice and detailed. The reason for him not trying to let his arms grow big is because he feels that if they get to big that it might slow down, and that he might have to work harder at getting rid of the body fat which can be very tiring. He has a tattoo on both of his Forearms, both of them being the markings left from when he was struck with the unheard of Desease Biostigma, the Tattoos will glow red when ever he activates his Biostigma.

Personality: Valo can be a Decipline person at times, but he isnt all of the time because inside of his head he spends most of his time thinking that he is better than most people at time, which makes him a little hot headed at times depending on who he is talking to. everything that he based his thoughts on always has some kind of stats to come with it no matter what, because he feel he has to prove a point. but when it comes down to getting serious he knows how to handle things the right way, although he wont give u that laid back personality immediately like other people may try to do to put on a front, no matter what anyone does or who he is around he will always be the same person with the same personality unless he is in some sort of real danger.

Valo is a Easy person to talk to unlike most of the people in his family that are quiet and give off that emo talk. When ever he is talking to someone, the first thing he may try to do is give u alot of eye contact for awhile because he doesnt like talking to people that doesn't want to be talked to at all. and in his opinion he feel that if a person cant look at you in the eye, or at you at all it just means that they dont like u or their is no kind of chance to get any conversation from them. he really isnt much a personal talk kind of person, he will just make u laugh most of the time and maybe if it may get to somewere he may consider talking about serious things. but that isnt likely since everyone coinsedently has a bad past of some sort.

Likes or Dislikes: Valo doesnt have alot of likes or dislikes, but one of the few things he doesnt like are people that he has met in the best who try to pull off the "im too cool" attitude which gets old after a certain amount of times. One thing that he likes are people who are factual like himself, and think into just about everything they say and is very understanding when it comes to conversating with others.

Valos abillities are very rare, he has the ability to minipulate lightning within his body because of the electrons pumping through his body inside of his heart. along with that he can lift any type of metal up within 1000 pounds because of lightnings conductability over metal which makes holding his blade's easier. Another one of his abilities is the desease living within him known as the Biostigma which gives him extra abilities such as heighten reflexes and speed and being able to run on material which has helped him maintain victories in previous battles. but the only problem with the Biostigma within him is that it cannot be overused, which means if he continues to overuse its bonuses the Biostigma in his cells will take in all of his Bloodcells and kill him instantly without any kind of medical help to bring him back to life. which means he can only use it up for a certain amount of minutes before he has to let his Biostigma abilities rest for awhile before reactivating or the disease will kill him.

The Tsurugi Blade is one of the strongest swords in the world, not because of how much damage its can do, but because of how the swords steel is nearly unbreakable. for other users this sword can only be called a large peice of scrap metal because it weighs 400 hundred pounds, which means anyone without that strength cannot hold the blade to its ability. but what makes it better for valo is that he controls lightning and metal is a very strong conductor of lightning which means he can use a variety of moves against people. another strong benefit to this blade is that it is heavy that if it manages to strike anyone then they would be surely be cut up due to its weight and how sharp the blade is.

History: Like any Other person Valo grew up living an almost perfectly normal life. well it wasnt exactly perfect. growing up his parents were always busy so he was home alone most of the time, at school he didnt have alot of friends so he spent most of his time outside hanging at this abandon park that no one ever seem to want to go to. his spot was under this large redwood tree and he would just sit their all day and think about how cool his life would be if his parents were at home and how life would be if they enough money so that they would never have to work again. but he always knew how much he thought of it it would never happen. But one day his entire life would change, and it would seem like for the better.

One day at school at the lunch table on a rainy day, he had been sitting at his table alone like he always had been all his life, and the school jock would decide he would come his way; and like any other cocky jock u ever heard about, they would always find way to pick on the weak. That day the jock desided that he wanted to take his lunch and throw it in his face, on top of that when Valo tried to get back up and fight the jock he would get beat up, leaving him in shame and embarassment. Running out of the school he would head to the park were he always went when something was wrong and would sit on his favorite redwood tree. but this time things would be alot different, especially since the lightning would come the sky and strike the tree.

But for some odd reason the tree didnt set on fire, maybe it was the thinkness of the tree but it traveled through all the water within the tree and would strike Valo since he was touching the tree, nearly shocking him to death. but it wouldnt kill him for some odd reason, instead he would fall on conciousness and would be out for about an hour. waking up he would feel something different within himself, and he would of course be right. getting up from off the tree he would find himself convered within a aura of electricity feeling a power he had never felt before in his life, but like any other power that is achieved it comes with another power more power than the one already achieve, but along comes with it a weakness. he later on realize that he had a desease within himself that doctors had never heard of.

They would give it the name Biostigma, which was a change reaction within the human bodys bloodcells which inhance its natural human abilities. it was shown in the eyes and is shown in the forarms of the person who has it. its almost like a living cell parasite. he would later on begain to learn to control the great abilities of the Biostigma and would also later on get a tattoo covering the dark veins in his forearms which turned red also when Biostigma cells are activated. from that moment on he would decide to put his powers to use like any other human being, not as a hero, but as a Watchful Protector. he would then begain to study the arts of Jeet Kune Do so that he could help master his inhanced aglity and would study in the arts of swordmanship. Now he spends most of his time peacefully wondering the streets of were ever he is jus looking out for trouble, and doing the best he can to lower the kill death rates.

Roleplay Example: Let see what ive got

The Blonde hair stone ninja would say to himself, ever since he even learned how to fight he had never seen any real action between himself and anyone else. He knew he was a strong ninja, but that was only because of the moves he had, he knew it was finally about time that he proved his strength to the world, and that it was time for him to shine as one of the best fighters in the world. he knew it wouldnt be easy, and that it wasnt gonna happen automatically, but he knew if he continued to work hard, it would come sooner than he thought.

He knew he was acting alittle impatient, but he had been waiting for some action for so long. if you hadnt had any kind of fight for a long time, then you would probably feel the same wa. theirs no point in training if your never gonna use what you have been working for. so in this case, it was finally time for him to put some use to his fighting skills and see what he could. so for now, all he could do was wait for his opponent to arrive so he could get things started. if he was to lose, then he would lose. but that would only be a mater of short inexperiences with fighting. who ever he would fight next would be in for a sure beating.

Okay, well first off, good work, its clear you put a TON of effort into this , and have likely used this character before, and based on all the hundreds of BIOS I've read and done, this is top shelf work.

However, the only thing that confuses me is his Biostigma powers.

You put that he can only use them for 5 RP turns then he must stop, and while I understand and know that some sites use a very D&D set up based on turns and some even use a dice system (there's even an HTML and UBBC code for a random attack/defense game form extension for Proboards) for battle, we have simpler, and in some ways, more lax rules, basically you only need to say that his powers can only last for a set amount of time, or expenditure of energy.

I point to both the Bios for Will Talbot AKA Blaze and Violet, our dearest admin as examples (Check the approved BIO apps board) they are the benchmarks, so check them out and see how you can edit/mod your BIO for approval.
