Physical Description: A hansom young man he has a small x like scar on his left check. He is well built but you wouldn't be able to tell due to his baggy cloths he always wears. His black hair is always spike even when he wakes up in the morning, some of his friends call it unnatural. On the other hand when it comes down to it he has been know to wear a suit, on days he has to he seems to a up standing person. His hair will some how look very tidy and neat on days like this. He is well groomed even when in his shaggy mode, always looking like a model for some magazine.
Attire:Wears baggy clothing almost all of the time and isn't so much into the dark clothes, he mainly wears blue jeans, or cargo pants. An he is almost never seen without a hood of some sort on. Is usually wearing the Red X suit under his cloths.
Personality: Scott is a kind and gentle man who cares for others, swift to anger and even swifter to forgive he has lots of friends in and out of school. Even though he was raised by such a inhuman man he still retained his honor code he will never kill. Nor does he like hitting women, he will go out of his way to avoid conflicts all together if need to, this has some thing to do with why Red X will run before he will fight. Though he hates to fight he loves a challenge, that is why he views Robin as is rival, though he holds no hate for Robin he looks at him more in the terms of a person that he could have been friends with if he wasn't a thief.
As Red X he is series, and seems to watch out for himself, but there are times when he lets his true colors show and he helps the Titans. He has been know even to out wit Robin and the rest of the titans.Cocky and willing to tell others how great he is.

Powers and Abilities:Scott is human so he has no powers, all his powers stem from the suit.
Scott's Abilities: Scott has no powers but he is very smart and cunning he is 20 points over the IQ level for a genies and he is tough. Trained by his father in Karate, kick boxing, and several forms of Japanese fighting styles. He was later trained by Slade in the art of fighting with his fist and wepoans.
The Mask: The mask is made of a synthesized polio fabric that is the same as Robins cape, able to stop bullets and fire prof. The mask has Nanobots running threw it as does the rest of the suit repairing any damage done to it. The suits vision comes in a multitude of settings, your standard vision, then there is night vision, allowing Scott to see in the dark, next is heat vision, and last is X-ray this feature was put in by Robin allowing him to see were he was going when teleporting. Also has a re-breather allowing him to swim farther and fight any mad man who is willing to use a gas based weapon to get at Scott. Also equipped with a head set and mic, can work like a CB radio so he can tell were the cops are.
The Suit: The Suit has been upgraded sense Robin made it, made out of the same material as the mask, it also has nanobots running threw the suit a added feature made by Red X. The suit is abit different looking then it once was but remained close to the same. The suit still is power by Xenothiam, but do to Red X's tampering he was able to get 50% more power out of it, making it more stable as well. The suit now allows the wear the ability to lift 3 times his lifting weight, which for Scott is about 210, so Scott can lift around 630. The suit also gives him human like reflexes and stamina, in other words Scott could run a marathon and not get tired.
The Nanobots:These little guys control the power out put of the suit as they have a direct link to the power core that resides in the belt and suit, controlling how much power is distributed and to were. They are also the direct link to the wearer and the suit making the suit like a second skin, they control the heat and cooling function of the suit, so if it is abit to hot at least the suit will keep you nice and iced. They also keep track of the wears vital sighs and if it seems the wear is in trouble the Nanobots will dive from the suit into the body of the wearer and try to solve the problem.
The Belt: This is the main power core, in other words no belt no awesome suit. The Belt also holds the cloaking device on it, when pressed he is invisible to the world.
The Gadgets: The suits ultimate weapons, the gadgets of doom, first you have the X-blades, these pop out of the suits wrist area and are as sharp as a diamond cutter, Red X proved this point when he cut threw one of Robins bow staffs, these blades are also able to turn giving them dangers potential. Next are the x-stars, simple ninja stars except they can be charged to explode.The next gadget is the x-rope which is strong enough to tie up beast boy and hold him while he shape shifts, the rope comes in two forms a gooey form and a solid form that can be any size. He can also make his X's solid and strong enough that BB cant even crush them in his mouth when he is in a animal form. Next is the self proclaimed Crossed-wire gadget, this is a nice little peace of work, Cyborg and Raven found that out the hard way, say two enemy's fire at the same time the Crossed-wire will draw those up to it and send it back at the two. The x-splitter is a nice little gadget that can split things in two, that Red X places his hand on such as floors, walls, and force fields. X-webs are like good old Spideis webs but with a difference. They are usually used for tying people up or together, not for swinging. The suit also has a grappler much like the one Robin and Batman use to get from building to building. Then last but not least is the telepotation device, this little gizmo is a life saver as long as it works, still abit glitchy some times it has been know not to work all the time.
The Suits new Look:
The X-cycle:This lay down bike is an arsenal on wheels complete with heat seekers, land mines, a oil slick, and teleportation device. It also has a AI system that Red X can talk to with his headset in his mask, to bad the AI is female and gives Scott a hard way to go.
Weaknesses:Scott is human as tough as the suit is he wouldn't be able to survive a high fall or a explosion. With out the suit on he is just a normal kid that is really good at fighting, so a bullet or any thing else like that could take him down. Also unknown to him the Robin knows of the suits one weakness.

Personal History and/or back-story: A mysterious super-thief known as Red X arrived in town trying to steal a high-tech computer ship. And Red X somehow knew just how to disarm each of the Teen Titans. Red X was actually Robin is disguise; He assumed the identity of Red X in an attempt to learn more about his arch-foe, Slade. But the plan backfired, and Robin almost lost the trust of his friends.
Later, Red X mysteriously resurfaced. Someone had stolen the super-suit from Robin's safekeeping. Red X sought Xenothium - the rare dangerous chemical that powers the suit. After Robin and Red X were both double-crossed by the evil Professor Chang, they teamed up to bring him down and rescue the Titans. Robin was able to steal the belt that powered the suit before Red X made his escape.
When Robin's most prized possession was stolen by the hip hot-rodder Ding Dong Daddy, he had beat him in a cross-country road race to get it back. Red X joined the race in an attempt to secure Robin's prize and auction it off to the highest bidder. But when Robin saved Red X's life, the mysterious super-thief sabotaged Robin's competitors, enabled the teen wonder to win the race.
Neither good nor evil, Red X's motivations and identity remain a mystery. Well lets just say i haven't had the right offer yet.(wiki version)
Scott Richards Personal history: Scott was born into a family of theives, well know thieves. Scott Richards father was a well off busness man who worked at day and stole at night, soon karma caught up with his father as he angered many top mob bosses that he stole from. They put a contract out on his father and the rest of the families head. Wave after wave of assassins came to clam there lives but all failed till Scotts father ran into a man names Slade Wilson who killed him after a brief 30 minute fight. Slade then finished the job and killed his mother and brother leaving Scott standing there, a mere 2 years old. For some unknown reason Slade spared the boys life and took the boy to give him to a man named Nina Guyashi a master of kempo and several other forms of fighting. Scott trained till he was 12 years old were Slade came back and took the boy and started to train him. 2 years later Scott was cast aside in the only way Slade new how, Scot survived to steal the suit that Robin Slades new unwilling pupal had made.
2 years later Scott has made himself into a very rich man by doing as his father did and stealing from the mob, under the alas Red X. That and it help if your fathers name was James R Petra. Good thing Scott told all his enemy's a fake name it will keep him alive for a long time.
Rp Sample: Rushing forward Red X's blades slammed into the hard steal of the robot, slicing threw with a loud shink. He slide around to watch the bot hit the floor then turned and began to walk away when a familiar voice came to his ears, "Its good to see you old pupil. How have you been." Turning around slowly His eyes wide for a second then narrowed as he looked at the the fallen robot its front now sporting a small screen on it was Slade. Red X fist tightened as he looked at the man who had killed his family then tried to kill him, "I'm better than you are that for sure old man. What are you 64 now? My how time flies." Turning a ninja star starting to form in his hand, "Well its been nice seeing you but i really don't have time for blast from my pasts." Throwing the star at the screen the star blew up on impact as the robot shot up in flames. Red X watched them burn as he sighed his life was about to become more interesting.
